He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Jennifer Grugan (Chad) and John Brandon Casper (Nadine Faulkner); and his siblings, Hilda Butler, Robert V. Casper, Jr. (Janet Cowan) and Joseph Gregory "Greg" Casper, Sr. (Laura). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great grandson.
