He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Ramey Wills Jr. and Betty Wills. He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Elizabeth Wills and John Ramey Wills IV (Lisa); his granddaughter Lexus Wills; his siblings, Beverley W. Ruegsegger (Ronald) and William Sexton Wills (Patricia); and his cousin Gess Wills (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the R. W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory (509 W Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Funeral Home and Crematory (509 W Washington St, Suffolk, VA 23434).
