He is survived by: his wife Charlene Michelle Bowser; his children, Dallas John of Suffolk, VA, Johnetta Renea and John Robert, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA; his granddaughter Victoria; his stepdaughters, Quintina Cooke, Trishawndra Cooke and Sherrell Robinson of Newport News, VA; his stepgrandsons, Jayshawn Flores, Julian Miles and Jayden Miles; his siblings, David Bowser (Debra) of Conway, AR, Dorcy and Audrey Bowser of Jonesboro, AR; his uncle Robert T. Williams (Josephine) of Little Rock, AR; his aunt Delores Bowser of Austin, TX; and his parents-in-law, Herbert Cooke, Jr. of Jacksonville, Fla, Bernard Cooke (Annette) of Hephzibah, GA, Sharon C. Dixon (Eddie) and Tracey C. Clemons (Lester) of Hampton, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
