He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Toni and David; his daughter-in-law Kate; his grandchildren, Kayleigh and Keir; his sister Lynda Chapman; and his sister-in-law Beverlyn Terry. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and devoted friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that monetary donations be made to the American Heart Association, Disabled Veterans of America or a charity of their choosing in memory of Johnny Michael Terry.
