He is survived by: his wife Joyce W. Cook; his children, Dawn Cook (Buck), Kim Cook, Joe Jr. Cook and Jamie Cook (Sue); his grandchildren, J. J., Lil Rog, Lexi, Hunter, Austin, Cole, Brooke, Tyler, Blake and Mason; his great grandchildren, Jayden, Braylen, Grayson, Colton, Kinslee, Ember, Lily and Stella; and his brothers, Robert H. Cook (Katherine), John R. Cook (Betty) and Richard Cook (Teresa). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
