It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Noel Horne of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Hunter Horne and Josephine May Manning Horne; and his wife Lily Linda Faith Horne. He is survived by: his son Jonathan H. Horne (Jerrie); his stepdaughters, Alison M. Fletcher (Michelle), Faith Lopez (Roy) and Holly Sambucetti (Heber); his stepgrandchildren, Kirsten, Seth, Mikaela, Maximus, Alexandria, Giovanni, Phillip and Natasha; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kathryn, Kaleb and Kinsey.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Joseph to Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Inc. or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
