It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph R. Doxey Sr. (Suffolk, Virginia), who passed away on December 16, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Haywood Doxey and Mary G. Doxey; and his brother William Doxey. He is survived by: his wife Vicky Jean Fenton Doxey; his son Joseph R. Doxey, Jr.; his grandchild Madison Lynn Doxey; and his pet Ziggy.

In lieu of flowers and Bobby being an animal lover the family would like for donations be made to The Suffolk Humane Society, 412 Kings Fork Rd., Suffolk, Va 23434.
