It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Blount (Suffolk, Virginia), born in Elkton, Virginia, who passed away on July 13, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Shifflett. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Goodwin (Jim), Robert N. Blount, Sr. (Kellie) and William E. Blount (Kim); and her grandchildren, Jamie, Scott, Bobby, Jr., Brandon, Laura, Neil, Shaun, Brian, Ashleigh and Bethany. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
