She is survived by: her husband Hoyt Glenn Crumbly; her children, Scott (Cheri), Steven and Melissa; her grandchildren, Jacob, Joshua, Tierra and Kiaya; her great grandchildren, Kylan, Max and Jenesis; and her siblings, Christopher, Donna and Patricia.
