She is survived by: her husband David Albert Holt; her sons, Jonathan Holt and James (Allison Holt); her grandchildren, Ethan and Caroline Holt; her sister-in-law Debbie Hedgepeth; her niece Michelle (Tom Billups); her great-nephew Hunter Billups; her nephew Tom Johnson; her great-nephew Dillon Johnson; her sibling's children, Mike (Fran Johnson), Brett and Sarah Johnson; and her friend Linda Warren.
