He is survived by: his children, Dianne Brown (Garry), Kathy Alexander (Tim) and David Overton; his grandchildren, Emily Brown, Kristen Lyell and Caleb Alexander; and his great grandchildren, Jason Robbins, Karson Robbins and Walker Lyell.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Biltmore Baptist Church or to Court Street Baptist Church.
