She was predeceased by: her son Steven Long II; her sister Rhonda Giles; and her father Rommie Dunn. She is survived by: her husband John Baker, Sr.; her children, Carrie Long (Gordon Meekins, Jr.), Christina Tumminelli (Brandon Olejniczak), John Baker, Jr. (Marci Blackwood) and Matthew Baker (Danielle Baker); her grandchildren, Alyssa Carter, Colin Long, Dylan Tumminelli, Lyliana Tumminelli, Adrian Long, Avalyn Long, John Baker III and Madison Baker; her great grandchildren, Aaliyah Carter, Journee Carter, Layla Baker, Olive Baker and John Baker IV; her mother Hilda Barton; her stepfather C. Leon Barton; and her sisters, Angela Snead, Wendy Weaver (Gary Weaver), Julie Chandler and Joni Chandler. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
