With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leslie Danielle Turner Chavez-Martin (Suffolk, Virginia), born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on November 24, 2022 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her parents, Cynthia Michelle Turner Wilson and Joseph Philip Richard; her husband Luis Chavez-Martin; her grandparents, Wayne, Sandra Turner, Frank and Madeline Richard; her sons, Bryan Hunt, III, Jayden Santibanez-Turner and Alexander Santibanez; and her brothers, Jermain Wilson, Jr., Steven Golden and Matthew Richard. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews; Godmother.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Southside Baptist Church Building Fund or the Suffolk Humane Society.
