She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father James Joseph Stapleton, Jr.; her significant other Richard Whitt (Big Rick); her children, Kimberly Dawn Whitt (Ted) of Phoenix, AZ and Richard Whitt (Whitney) of Roanoke, VA; her grandchildren, Gideon, Solomon and Magdalene Whitt; her siblings, Laura Baker (Geoff) of Polk City, FL, James J. Stapleton, III of Evington, VA and John D. Stapleton (Barbara) of Warrenton, VA; and her sister-in-law Ruby Cutchin of Norfolk. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to Saint Mary's Infant Home or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
