She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Bruce Garratt; and her parents, Belle Willis and W. Glenn Willis. She is survived by: her children, Martha Boone (Pencil) of Bangor, ME, Mary Bowman (Barry) of Chesterfield, VA, John T. Garratt (Linda) of Suffolk, VA and David B. Garratt (Andrea) of Chesapeake, VA; and her sisters, Wanda Smith of Church Hill, TN and Jan Parker of Lawrenceville, GA.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church.
