We are sad to announce that, on February 24, 2023, at the age of 71, Lynn Ellen Carter of Suffolk, Virginia, born in Syracuse, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cherkasky and Dorothy Cherkasky. She is survived by: her husband John R Carter (Jack) of Suffolk, VA.; her son David Paul Carter (Lisa); her grandson Adam Chase Carter; and her siblings, Judith A. Schlussel (Kent Schlussel) of Charlottesville, VA and Miles A. Cherkasky (David Schmidt) of Hobe Sound, FL.. She is also survived by several other relatives including nieces and nephews.
