It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Mason-Spivey of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie H. Belzer and Dorothy Belzer; her former husband Lloyd H. Mason; and her husband J. D. Spivey. She is survived by: her children, Dale L. Robertson (Lisa) of Windsor, Kathy R. Moore (H. B.) of Suffolk and Glen M. Robertson of Virginia Beach; her sister Noreen A. Gaynor of Augusta, Georgia; her grandchildren, Nicole Matthews of Vine Grove, Nathan B. Moore of Suffolk and Mallory L. Moore of Portsmouth; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Ethan and Marissa of Vine Grove; her goddaughter Loreen L. Bryant of Augusta; and her pet Kaitlyn. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
