It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Jackson Holloway of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Mizelle and Lloyd Jackson; her husband McKinley Holloway Sr.; and her brothers, Michael and Keith.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra, McKinley Jr. "Kenny" (Pamela), Sharon, Kimberly (Spencer), Monica (Steve), Veronica and Harriet; her brother Floyd "Sonny" Mizelle (Mary); and her brother-in-law Joseph Holloway. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
The family kindly requests donations be made to the Dementia Society of America in memory of Mildred, as she bravely fought against the disease in her later years.
