She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bell and Olivia Bell; her father-in-law Robert Howell, Sr.; and her husband Robert "Dale" Howell, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Cori Nicholson; her grandchildren, Hunter and Harper Nicholson; her mother-in-law Margaret Howell; and her sister-in-law Dianna Ragsdale. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, December 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Jr. Memorial State Veterans Cemetery (5310 Milners Rd, Suffolk, VA 23434).
