She is survived by: her brother F. Eugene Herring (JoAnn); her children, Robert A. "Bobby" Bland of Charlottesville, VA and Betty Bland Hawkins (Howard) of Franklin, VA.; her great grandchildren, Charlotte Rose Hawkins and Tillson Bland Hawkins; and her friend Thomas E. Gilreath (Max) of Charlottesville, VA.
