We are sad to announce that, on January 7, 2026, at the age of 83, Norris Edward Waterfield of Suffolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Norris leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Norris may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvah Waterfield and Jessie Miller Waterfield; and his sister Kathleen. He is survived by: his wife Betty Parrish Waterfield; his brother Luther Waterfield (Rhonda) of Suffolk, VA; his nephews, Arthur Sawyer (Sherry) and Robert Parrish Jr. (Laurie); his great-nephew Scott Parrish (Kerri); Bob. He is also survived by children; and his brother.
