She was predeceased by: her father Carl Edward Nowell III; and her in-laws, George and Betty Drake. She is survived by: her mother Diane Lynn Perecko; her daughters, Amber E. Cross (Steven) and Kourtney G. Read; her grandchildren, Madison, Sawyer, Daniel, River, Maeve and Walker; her sister Cassie E. Roe (Kyle); her brother-in-law William Drake (Marlene); her grandfather Don Yung; her stepfather Stephen Perecko; her aunt Deborah Kethley; and her sibling's children, Kirsten, Michael, Chase, Selene, Kyran, Riley and Colby.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Parr Funeral Home and Crematory (3515 Robs Dr, Suffolk, VA 23434).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Suffolk Humane Society, 412 Kings Fork Road, Suffolk, VA 23434.
