It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Moser Brett of Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecile Haskins and Philip Bell Moser, II; and her brother Philip Bell Moser, III. She is survived by: her husband William "Billy" Brett; her daughters, Kim Brett Ritter (Steve) and Kristy Brett (Nancy Richey); her grandchildren, Kelsey Ritter Kneeland (Cam) and Blair Ritter; and her caregivers, Vikki Worrell and Thomasine Askew.
