Brown, Jr. and Brycen A. Starnes; his niece Karter B. Starnes; his grandmother Ada Deloatch Elner; his godmother Shelia Deloatch; his sister Shemia Reid; and his close friend Felicia Holland. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
