He is survived by : his children, Amanda Rose Guy Wellford (Nic), Samantha Rosella Cassell (Matthew) and John Michael-Paul Guy Sr. (Brianna); his grandchildren, John Michael-Paul Guy Jr. and Elena Rosella Guy; his siblings, Jacqueline Murphy (Frank) and Donald Rymut; and his close friend John Clark.
