She was predeceased by: her husband Franklin Delano "B. B."; her parents, James Castellow and Maggie Mae Gilbert Castellow; her son James Ronald "Ronnie" Padgett; her siblings, Annie Bell, Georgia Offtermatt, Martha Patterson, Aleene Hayes and Jimmy Castellow; and her close friend James Magee.

She is survived by: her children, Patricia P. Tyler (Lynn) of Wake Forest, NC, Franklin D. Padgett, Jr. (Kathryn) of Suffolk and Lee Padgett (Natalie) of Yuma, AZ; her grandchildren, Neil Padgett (Gina), Taylor Tyler, Lane Padgett (Katie) and Leslie T. McAllister (Toby); her stepgrandchildren, Kayley O. Hudson (Justin), Michael-John Oliver and Riley Oliver; her great grandchildren, Avery Padgett, Dalton Padgett, Monroe Padgett, Graham Padgett and Adeline McAllister; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Evelyn Hudson, Stella Hudson and Oliver Hudson.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday, November 24 in the funeral home and suggests that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or any favorite charity.
