She is survived by: her cousin Pearline Fulgham; her children, Clarence Fulgham, Jr. (Suffolk), Joe Lee Fulgham, Arthur Kelsey, Joyce, Caroline Kelsey, Beach and Virginia; her grandchildren, Larry Fulgham, Jr., Charles Baker, Christine Fulgham, Quair Stephenson and Sherita Baker; her siblings, Alma Wooten of Baltimore, MD, James Scott (Patricia) of Florida, William Scott (Brenda) and Jackson Scott of Newport News, VA; and her siblings-in-law, Fletcher Fulgham, Mary Scott of Fayettville, NC., Blondell Scott of Windsor, Beatrice Fulgham and Brenda Hatten of Suffolk, VA. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
