He was predeceased by: his father Frank M. Williams; his son Brian Lee Williams; his sister Martha Twitchell (Jenny) of Virginia; and his grandson Charles Dustin Williams. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Williams; his sons, Charles Williams (Shannon), Warren Williams (Crystal), Michael Williams (Michelle) and Christopher Williams; his siblings, John Williams (Monissa), Frank Williams, Steve Williams and Nancy Byrum (Gary); and his mother Virgie Williams. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
