He is survived by : his wife Bishop Viola Parker; his daughter Sandra Boswell-Samuels (Curtis); his niece Missionary Dianne Minggia (Pastor Timothy); his siblings, Dorothy Parker, Deloris Parker, Barbara Ann Parker, Bobby Collins (Evelyn) and Raleigh Collins (Lilly) of West Virginia; his sisters-in-law, Doris Parker, Elsie Wiggins, Mary Sessoms and Maebelle Brown (Pastor Ollie); and also, Shakina Teel and Terrell O. Wiggins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and god-children.
