She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Ashburn and Helen Buck Weaver; her husbands, Frank F. Powers, Jr. and Vann Campbell McKaughan; and her brother Stanley Weaver.

She is survived by: her children, Ginny McCoy, Tom Powers and Kelly Harcum (Tim); her grandchildren, Emily Asbell (Chris), Matthew Harcum (Cheryl) and Cameron Harcum (Kashia); her great grandchildren, Drew and Ashton Asbell; her brothers, Jimmy A. Weaver (Shirley) and Donnie Weaver (Rana); and her sister-in-law Martha Ann Weaver.
