He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Goodman and Rosa Goodman; his children, Letitia Carrington (Herman) of Suffolk, VA, Rozell Simmons of Suffolk, VA, Randolph Simmons Jr. of Hampton, VA and Courtney Hunt (Timica) of Richmond, VA; his siblings, George Frank Simmons Sr. (Wilma), Lelpolda Simmons, Linwood Simmons, Sr., Delois Slaughter, Janie Moore (Tyrone) and Gail Parker (Roy); and his friend Bessie Hunt of Suffolk, VA. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
