He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; and his parents, Rupert Hudgins and Elizabeth Hudgins. He is survived by: his daughters, Marylynn Harvey (Dickie) and Karen Raye Hall (Claude); his grandchildren, Elysia Huber (Ben), Bonnie Gibson (Ryan) and Phillip Hall (Lily); and his great grandchildren, Liam Gibson and Matthew Huber. He is also survived by his family and the many friends he made along life's journey—friends.
