He is survived by: his children, Richard Carroll III (Shannon) of Pennsylvania, Annette Lewis of Charlotte, NC, Loretta Lorraine Johnson of Richmond, VA, Michael Lewis of Pennsylvania, Diane Carroll of Charlotte, NC, Elisa Twine (Reginald) of Gates County, NC and Catrina McCraken of Chesapeake, VA.; and his siblings, Emmitt Lewis Carroll (Inell), Loretta Carroll-Hopkins, Carrie Johnson (Chuck), Robert Carroll, Sr. (Norma) and Betty Pierce (James). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
