He is survived by: his wife Kathy Jean; his children, Victoria Phillips and Richard Jr.; his grandsons, Andrew Phillips-Gartner (Scott) and Matthew Phillips; and his siblings, Jan Depew, Bibi Hall and Amaris Morrell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. W. Baker & Company Funeral Home and Crematory (5685 Lee Farm Ln, Suffolk, VA 23434). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
