He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard M. Williams and Margaret T. Williams. He is survived by: his wife Sue Copeland Williams; his sons, Richard M Williams III (Stephanie) and Ryan Jack Williams (Mary); his grandchildren, Casey Jack Williams (Sarah), Mitchell Browning Williams, Clair Elizabeth Williams and Kendal Olivia Williams; and his siblings, Millard Williams (Judy), Marion Williams Lovelace and Roger Williams (Susan). He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Western Branch Baptist Church Building Fund.
