It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Vance Beckett (Suffolk, Virginia), born in Amelia, Ohio, who passed away on June 14, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Leo Beckett and June Bowman Beckett; and his siblings, Jackie, George, Billy, Charlie, David and Kenny.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Suzanne Beckett, Richard C. Beckett (Sandy), Robert M. Beckett (Monica) and Timothy R. Beckett (Cherie); and his siblings, Janet, Nancy, Leona, Teddy and Henry. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and numerous great grandchildren.
