He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Carolyn Blake; his son Joshua Blake of Suffolk; his grandsons, Matthew Blake of Suffolk and Riley Meyer of Chesapeake; and his parents, Nellie Walton and Reuben Blake.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in the Blake family name would be appreciated.
