He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Boone and Katherine Boone. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anne Boone; his sons, Michael Patrick Boone (Bonnie Green), Richard David Boone (Jane) and Robert Andrew Boone (Dawn); his sister Betty Jo English; and his grandchildren, Gabriella, Jeffery, Hazel, Arlo, Sam and Jack. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
