He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ralph Branton, Sr. and Margaret Anne Holland Branton. He is survived by: his siblings, William C. Branton (Phil Barnes), Benjamin Holland Branton (Claire), Dennis Carrol Branton (Diana), Peggy A. Branton (Sydna Lindblad) and Shirley Branton Lewis (Bob). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Suffolk Humane Society.
