He is survived by: his children, R. Ben Seal, Jr., J. Forrest Seal (Rebecca), Sylvia S. Gorman (Thomas), Cynthia G. Seal (Mardy), William E. Hinton, III (Dawn), Russell W. Hinton (Robin) and Brian L. Hinton (Rebecca); and his grandchildren, Nicole, James, Leanna, Taylor, Ryan, Jordyn, Dylan, Will, Landon, Anne-Taylor, Reid, Brandon and Elizabeth. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
