He is survived by: his wife Costellar Ledbetter (Brown); his sister Lilian Jones (Ledbetter); his children, Rosalind Lacy (Ledbetter), Romie Linwood Ledbetter Jr., Mone't Ledbetter and Kenitra Bilé (Michel); his grandchildren, Danielle Lacy, Jean-Louis Bilé (Diana), Jean, Christoff Glaude, Dominic Glaude, Jean-Claude Bilé and Jean-Pierre Bilé; and his great grandchildren, Ariel Bilé and Zarah Bilé. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and a host of dear friends.
