He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lewis and Elsie Lewis (Smith). He is survived by: his wife L. Katherine'Kathy'Smith; his children, Nancy Waddy, Becky, Lahm, Mark Smith (Deborah) and Matthew Smith (Rebecca); his siblings, Ron Smith (Diane), Bill Smith, John Smith (Kathy), Betty Capps (Nathan Sr.) and Jack Smith; and his pet Bella Rue. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
