He is survived by: his children, Wakieva Simone Goodman, LaBrea S. Lassiter, Imani R. Lassiter, Zandilyn L. Lassiter and Sterling D. Lassiter Jr.; his grandchildren, Charles Smith and Dionne Lassiter; his siblings, Deborah Powell (Joseph) and Randall Lassiter, Sr.; his grandmother Mildred L. Waters; his aunts and uncles, Donald Lassiter, Tyrone Waters, Alton Lassiter, Sr. (Brenda), Shelton Lassiter III (Ivey), Wilbur Holland, Jr., Tillie Watson (Wallace), Orris Waters (Robert), Vanessa Walker, Ella Holland and Patrica Holland; and his nieces and nephews, Shanice Mitchell, Raina Powell, Brandy Worrell (Arron), Ciera Lassiter, Latoya King, Breon Powell, Deon Powell and Randall Lassiter, Jr.. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
