He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Doughtie and Ruth Doughtie; and his brother Wallace R. Doughtie, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ann Butcher Doughtie; his daughter Taylor Raye Doughtie; his siblings, Sandra D. Edwards (Frankie) and Mike R. Doughtie (Sarah); his sons, Stuart Ray and Curtis; his daughter-in-law Stephanie; and his grandchildren, Raylen, Eleanor and Weldon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Health Care Foundation's Rx Relief Virginia Program, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, or the American Stroke Association.
