With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Susan Rawls Estes of Suffolk, Virginia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2025 at the age of 74. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Silipigni (Russ), Stephanie Davis (William) and Randall G. Estes Jr. (Dawn); and her husband Randall G. Estes, Sr.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bennetts Creek Chapel (2690 Bridge Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Alexander Baptist Church (4316 Pamela Ct, Chesapeake, VA 23321).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory be made to The Doorways in Richmond, Virginia, a place that provided rest and refuge for Susan and her loved ones during her transplant journey.
