He is survived by: his daughter Alisha Melton; his grandsons, Tahj Melton of Gatesville, NC and Michael Melton of Gatesville, NC; and his siblings, William Bond Lance (late Delores), Earl Bond of Sunbury, Coston Bond (Phyllis) of Eure, NC, Richard Bond of Edenton, NC, George Bond (Marva) of Sunbury, David Bond (Marcia) of Hobbsville and Celestine Bond of Linden.
