He was predeceased by: his son Mikal Hoggard; his father David Outlaw; his stepmother Sylvia Outlaw; his brothers, Gilbert Kindred and David Outlaw, Jr.; and his wife Debra A. Lassiter Hunter.
He is survived by: his father Earl T. Kindred; his children, Sheba Robinson (Cassandra) and Timothy "Tyron" Hunter; his grandchildren, Kamarrie Copeland, Kamuntae Copeland and Keondra Evans; his siblings, Linda Lassiter (Mack Jr.), Valerie Roberts, Sharon Baker (Kenneth), Derek Outlaw (Kenya), Eric Outlaw (Vonda) and Juan Outlaw (LaRhonda); his mother-in-law Bertha Lassiter; his stepson Quentin Lassiter; his goddaughter Journee Hunter; his siblings-in-law, Shelton Lassiter (Charleine), Willie Lassiter (Jennifer), Isiah Lassiter (Vernita), Betty Jean Collins (Nathan), Donna Lassiter, Donald Lassiter (Estelle) and Claudia Madison (William); Deacon Earl T. Kindred (Mamie). He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
