She is survived by: her children, Daniel Edward Underwood (Brittany), Joshua Chad Winslow and Kasey Mullins (Chad); her grandchildren, Chyann Mullins, Alexis Underwood, Chloe Underwood, Zayne Underwood, Ayden Winslow, Austin Mullins, Easton Mullins, Clayton Mullins and Wrenly Mullins; and her sisters, Jody Blankenship and Kim Bryant. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
