She was predeceased by: her father Elwood Lee Spivey; and her pet R. J.. She is survived by: her mother Ilse Johanna Weber Spivey; her children, Krissy Small (Kevin Winslow) of Corapeake, NC, Katelynn Stell (E. J. Spencer) of Columbia, NC and T. J. Small (Destiny Ferguson) of Virginia Beach, VA; her brothers, Pete Weber (Amy) of Corapeake, NC and James Spivey (Tiffany Hanson) of Windsor, VA; her nephews, Cody Weber (Tyler Speight) and Dustin Weber; her close friends, Tammy West (Mike) of Sunbury, NC and Lisa Cisco (Dale) of Franklin, VA.; and her friend Dale.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Cancer Treatment Centers of America (zion.aih.org) in memory of Ursula Stell.
