He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Evans of Lynchburg, VA, Samuel Fisher (Shelia) of Westover, MD, Adam Fisher, Sr. (Wendy) of Hallwood, VA and Vivian Gibson (LeRoy) of Dover, DE; his aunt Maggie Williams of Nelsonia, Virginia; and his uncles, Donald Evans (Virginia) of Nelsonia and Kenny Evans (Paige Evans) of Trenton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins, and close friends.
